In January, Isabelle Filion had the honor of representing the province of Quebec in the national review for standardization and harmonising process of the Red Seal Occupational Standard for Hairstyling in Canada. This collaborative initiative brings together industry experts from across the country to ensure that professional standards remain relevant, consistent, and reflective of the evolving skills required in our industry.

I’ve never done hair before… is this class really for me?
Absolutely. Daddy’s Hair Hour is designed specifically for beginners. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to learn. We break everything down step by step so you can feel confident doing your daughter’s hair at home.
How long is the class and what do I need to bring?
Classes typically run about 60–90 minutes. We provide guidance, tools, products and a positive attitude. Everything else is taken care of. You will also go home with instructions sheet.
